Purchases of Gems are reflected in the game according to data transmitted from the Play Store. Unfortunately, this can in some cases cause a delay before the purchase is reflected in the game.
If your purchased Gems are not reflected in the game, we first ask that you please attempt the following.

- Please view Google Play application details on your device through the following tree: Navigate to [Settings] > [Apps] > [Google Play Store].
- Once you are viewing the details page for the Google Play Store, tap "Storage" and then "Clear data." (Please note this may cause you to be logged out of your account on Google Play.)
- Upon restarting the app, please check if your purchase is now correctly reflected.
