- Open the App Store
- Swipe down to the Updates page
- Tap the update on the screen where updates are listed by app
iOS 13 and above:
- Open the App Store
- Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner
- Tap the update on the "Available Updates" list
[For the Google Play Store]
Please try clearing the cache of the store app.
- Open your device's settings and tap "Applications."
- Tap "Google Play Store" on the list of applications.
- Go to "Storage" and then tap "Clear Cache."
