(Please check to ensure that you are not experiencing a temporary dip in connection speed.)
■Try redownloading.
From the title screen, tap the ≡ menu icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Redownloading may help to delete corrupted game data from your device and improve your play experience.
*This will require a large data transfer, so we recommend you connect to a Wi-Fi network.
■Uninstall (delete) the application and redownload.
(Before uninstalling or changing devices, we strongly recommend that you confirm your account's data transfer settings in order to sure you will be able to recover your player data.)
(Please be advised that uninstalling the game will completely delete all data, including items purchased in-game.)
